At SixB Labels, we aren't here to test you on your labeling skills. Rather, we provide you custom label projects specific to your experiences and wants. Simply share the details you have, taking advantage of the "Special Instructions" section for the info you think might not fit anywhere else. [fa icon="plus-square"] Is There A Minimum Order Quantity?
Minimum Order Quantities vary based on the particular label project. Usually, larger print quantities develop cost efficiencies. Some of our printing processes do require a 125 label order minimum. Please share the details of your project in the request form at right, and we will happily evaluate a custom label solution.
[fa icon="plus-square"] Are There Tooling Charges?
For label sizing that requires tooling not in stock, a special order would have to be made and subsquently detailed in your quote. Since 1979 we have amassed a Tooling Library of more than 1,500 dies in stock. If you have flexibility on label size, check the box next to "Pick In-Stock Tooling" and we will notify you of the closest tooling already available without additional cost.

SixB Labels has Stock Inks, Hot Stamp Foils and Silk Screen Printing Colors to choose from, without additional costs for the likes of color matching. Click through below to see lists and include your choices in the "Colors" section of the request form at right.

[fa icon="plus-square"] How & When Do We Share Artwork?
If you have an art file to share during the quote process, please upload in section at right. Even if the file is in a low resolution JPG, PNG or PDF format, go ahead and share, as it will likely help define details for the project. We have found that it could more appropriately identify the number of colors and even the printing method best practice. Later on in pre-production of an order we will ask for a high-resolution file following our Artwork Guidelines.
[fa icon="plus-square"] Why Note How Label Rolls Are Applied After The Order?
We ask whether labels are applied by hand or machine because if it is the latter, certain parameters need to be in place for the label rolls. Label applicators have size requirements for the core diameter, and the maximum outside diameter, or OD. It is also of particular importance to identify in which of the eight roll wind directions the labels should be wound. So when applying the labels to your product, automatically or even semi-automatically, the label is positioned appropriately on the roll.
