Client Chat Series — We recently visited with Al Anaglia to talk about their Gourmet Basket Labels. He and his wife Margaret own Al’s Gourmet Nuts.
How did you get into the candied-nut business?
Originally, part-time, for extra money. But by our third year, we had to go full-time. We started with 1,000 pounds of nuts annually and scaled up slowly. Now, 15 years later, we run a mini-factory with four employees and we’re filling annual orders for 24 tons. We manufacture our gourmet nut products in our facility in Austin, Texas, and sell them online.

How did you find out about SixB Labels?
We tried working with local companies. Their labels were good quality, but it just seemed that inevitably, their customer service went downhill, and they failed to deliver on time. SixB Labels has a good reputation for customer service, especially on-time delivery. We’re very satisfied.
How did the label development go?
We routinely update our website every three years to maintain an appearance designed to impress our big clients looking for contracts. We needed a label that fit that overall style. A label that is really, really good, rich, something that will pop visually, and our rep, Barry, was able to deliver.
