While our personal tendencies could be as a follower, a leader, or some wholistic hybrid, it is the granular situations that probably have more impact on our day-to-day experiences. Many times, while we promote the positives of leading, we might be preventing projects and situations from moving forward. Surely, if our convictions do not mesh with us following others, we should also not be a source of gridlock.
